**Position: Executive to Directors & Admin cum Accounts Professional**
**Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive to Directors**
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the directors and internal/external clients.
- Coordinate and manage directors' schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for directors' review.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Ensure seamless communication and workflow between directors and various departments.
**Administration**
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth administrative processes.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and document management processes.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.
**Accounts**
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.
- Utilize **Zoho** for bookkeeping, financial reporting, and CRM-related activities.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Proficiency in **Zoho** (accounting and CRM modules is essential).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in problem-solving.
**Preferred Location**
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
