Specific responsibilities would include:

- Develop, analyze and test pricing/ execution/risk management algorithms for trading models in co-ordination with global counterparts
- Assist in design and back testing of new trading signals
- Regular testing and calibration of production algos
- Design and development of analytical tools, visualizations and metrics to improve trading performance
- Perform post trade-analytics on incoming data.

**What You’ll Do?**

- Design, prototyping, development and back testing of quantitative strategies and signals for e-trading business - encompassing pricing, execution and risk-management algorithms
- Analyses of back test performance of strategies/signals developed and suggesting enhancements/improvements to the same.
- Ensuring high quality of deliveries within stipulated timelines

- Ensure delivery of tasks as per the pre-defined timelines
- Increase in profitability/performance measures
- Generation of new ideas

**Customers / Stakeholders**
- Key resources in FI E-Trading team in Bangalore
- Global Markets management in Bangalore
- Key resource for the Global FI E- trading team
- Internal Collaboration - Develops close and effective working relationships within respective Functions /Businesses
- As part of the team to develop a good relationship with the global, to ensure communication lines are fluid.

- Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through timely delivery of quality work and troubleshooting tasks with minimum bugs

**Role Context**
- The role will be located in Bangalore
- The role holder will work in close collaboration with Global Debt Markets e-trading technology teams and onshore e-trading teams
- The role would require coverage during local debt trading hours onshore ( as per region)

**Management of Risk**
- The jobholder will also adhere to and be able to demonstrate adherence to internal controls. This will be achieved by adherence to all relevant procedures, keeping appropriate records and, where appropriate, by the timely implementation of internal and external audit points, including issues raised by external regulators
