**Job overview**:
As a metal polisher you will be tasked with smoothing, refining and enhancing the appearance of the product. Must be proficient with various polishing techniques and efficient in handling various polishing tools.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Must be experts in using various tools and techniques to achieve a desired finish. This includes using grinding wheels, sanding tools, polishing compounds, and buffing wheels to remove imperfections and create a smooth, shiny surface.
- Must work with different metals, each requiring specific techniques. Understanding how aluminium, stainless steel, brass, copper, and other metals react to polishing is crucial for achieving optimal results.
- Must be able achieve a variety of finishes, from a mirror like shine to a matt finish and from matt finish to Mirror like shine. They must meticulously follow specifications to meet the exact requirements of the project.
- As a metal polisher's keen eye for detail is essential. They meticulously inspect surfaces after polishing to ensure they are free of scratches, blemishes, or inconsistencies that could compromise quality or aesthetics.
- Should ensure their work meets all necessary specifications and industry guidelines.
- Should understand that a clean and organized workspace is vital for achieving a flawless finish. Dust and debris can interfere with the polishing process, so maintaining a clean environment is part of the job.
- Polishing often involves using hand tools for extended periods, requiring good dexterity and physical stamina.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
