- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships.
- Conduct in-depth market analyses, competitor assessments, and client feedback evaluations.
- Provide visionary leadership to the strategy team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Leverage bilingual proficiency in Tamil and English to engage with a diverse clientele.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in a strategic leadership role, preferably within the creative industry.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, evidenced by successful strategic initiatives.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities in both Tamil and English.
