**Job Description: General Service Associate (GSA) - F&B ServicePosition Summary**:
As a GSA in the F&B Service department, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional dining experiences for guests by providing professional and attentive service. You will work collaboratively with the team to maintain the highest hospitality, cleanliness, and efficiency standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**:

- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements.
- Take orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen or bar promptly.
- Serve food and beverages as per the hotel’s service standards.
- Address guest queries and special requests with a focus on satisfaction.
- **Setup and Maintenance**:

- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glassware.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, dining areas, and equipment.
- Replenish supplies and restock items as required during service.
- **Compliance**:

- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations as mandated by the hotel.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including uniform and grooming standards.
- **Teamwork**:

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and supervisors.
- **Upselling and Revenue Contribution**:

- Promote menu items and suggest complementary dishes or beverages.
- Ensure billing accuracy and process payments efficiently.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Prior experience in F&B service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a guest-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

**Work Environment**:

- Shift-based work, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
