PlebC Innovations is a healthcare technology startup. Currently, we are developing **TORUS**, India’s first **tele-operated robotic ultrasound system**, aimed at making quality diagnostic imaging accessible to underserved rural and semi-urban populations.

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a **Part-Time Industrial Designer** with **10+ years of industry experience** to help refine and elevate the visual and ergonomic aspects of our medical robotic system - **TORUS**. This role is critical in aligning the user interface, industrial form, and functional ergonomics with a futuristic yet practical design ideal for rural and emergency environments.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Take charge of all design deliverables, contributing as a primary industrial designer on the project.
- Transform ideas into practical design solutions based on user needs and feedback.
- Work closely with marketing, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Follow through on manufacturing and production processes to ensure design accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with clinicians, engineers, and other experts, delivering designs within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Gather data to support well-informed design decisions and strategic planning.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions, concept ideation, and creative discussions to drive innovation.
- Present and communicate design concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
