1. Delegate Acquisition & Sales Strategy

a. Build and maintain an extensive database of potential clients while analyzing existing data for insights.

b. Implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and audience targets.

c. Personalize communication for high-profile attendees and key stakeholders to drive engagement.

d. Create and execute targeted strategies to increase high-quality delegate attendance.

f. Establish and nurture relationships with industry associations, corporates, and professional networks.

2. Ticketing & Attendee Management

a. Work closely with the Marketing team, promotional campaigns, and lead generation.

b. Manage ticketing platforms and maintain an updated attendee database.

c. Provide customer support before and during the event, handling inquiries efficiently.

d. Assist Sales Lead in analyzing responses to marketing campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.

3. Digital Marketing & Promotions

4. Event Execution & On-Site Coordination

a. Ensure a smooth registration process and attendee check-ins during the event.

5. Post-Event Marketing & Reporting

a. Conduct post-event surveys to collect feedback from attendees, sponsors, and partners.

6. Reporting & Performance Analysis

a. Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to the Sales Lead, Marketing Lead and Events Director.

7. Advise on optimizing sales processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates.

8. Coordinate with the logistics and communications teams for all on-event tasks and assist on-ground where necessary.

**Experience**:

- 1+ years in **sales, lead generation, or business development**.
- Familiarity with **CRM tools, sales outreach, and customer relationship management**.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.Background in the Life science/biotech/biopharma spaces is a must.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Sales, or a related field**.
- Training in **sales techniques or lead conversion**is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.43 - ₹20,000.89 per month
