**Overview**:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master to join our team on a contract basis. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating the Agile development process and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

**Experience**: 3+ years

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Facilitate Agile Ceremonies**: Lead daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
- ** Coach and Mentor**: Provide guidance and support to the development team and product owner on Agile principles and practices, helping them to continuously improve their processes and performance.
- ** Remove Impediments**: Identify and remove any obstacles or impediments that are hindering the team's progress towards their sprint goals, escalating issues when necessary.
- ** Promote Collaboration**: Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the Agile team, encouraging open communication, trust, and transparency.
- ** Ensure Delivery**: Work closely with the product owner to prioritize the backlog and ensure that the team is focused on delivering the highest value features with each iteration.
- ** Metrics and Reporting**: Track and report on key Agile metrics such as sprint velocity, burndown charts, and cycle time to monitor the team's progress and identify areas for improvement.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Lead and facilitate retrospectives to reflect on the team's performance and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing changes as necessary to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- ** Stakeholder Management**: Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, gather feedback, and manage expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

**Duration**:This is a contract position with an initial duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.
