Urgent requirement for An MEP co-ordinator in a Project Management company in Bangalore location

10-12 Years ( Should be Coordinating multiple projects)

**Area:MEP ( Work experience in a Design Firm Preferred**

**Must be a BE in Electrical**

Immediate -15 days joiners only

Must know local language

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Co-Ordinating Project Management Activities of MEP works of multiple projects
- Preparation of Project Implementation Program for MEP works
- Review of MEP designs, budgets cost estimates and give comments on improvements
- Ensure program implementation in projects and report to Project Director

Guide and give training to Site MEP team for effective quality control and monitoring

Must Have
- Good Computer based planning and reporting skills
- Good Communication and documentation skills
- Proactiveness and positive attitude
- Hard working. Target Oriented.
- Should have experience in leadership position at least one large Construction Projects, preferably building projects.

Experience in building services like, Electrical, HVAC, FPS, PHE, FAS, IBMS is a must.

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
