
Operations Assistant

**Responsibilities-**
- Monitoring and reporting on projects, assignments from other staff
- Follow-through on instructions from the Business Heads to other staff
- Organizing business meetings, calendar management
- Handling business travel Flights, Hotel Bookings
- Scheduling and tracking meetings activities, ensure invites go out to all attendees
- Taking and developing minutes of meeting about important decisions taken
- Follow-up, Analysis, Planning and Forecasting
- Keeping track of market related information
- Preparing Management Information Reports
- Ensuring all equipment required by the Business head is in working condition
- Liaise with Heads of departments to handle regular work and emergency situations
- Screen incoming calls, prioritizing important calls to be returned to the Business Head.
- Handling correspondence
- Prepare presentations
- Format information for internal and external communication
- Anticipate or recognize problems, proactively sometimes and refer them immediately to the right person for resolution
- Research on projects assigned
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain Discretion and confidentiality
- May need to support other Executives, if required
**Skills and competencies**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication and language (English) skills
- Proficiency in MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PPT
- Basic knowledge of the financial services sector and general awareness about the developments in the sector.
- Willingness to work in a highly demanding, and results-oriented team environment where priorities can change frequently.
- Ability to work in a deadline
- bound environment and beyond regular working hours, as and when required.
- Excellent skills in preparing high-quality reports and presentations within tight timelines
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written format.
**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
