
Office Assistant

The office assistant's role will involve the following:
**Administrative Support**: Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls appropriately. **Document Management:* Maintaining organized filing systems, scanning and copying documents, and preparing reports.
- **Data Entry**: Entering and updating information in databases, spreadsheets, and other project-related software.
- **Coordination**: Scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and coordinating with other departments.
- **Supply Management**: Ordering and maintaining office supplies, ensuring smooth operation of equipment.
- **Financial Support**: Assisting with invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
- **Other Tasks**: May also include tasks like greeting visitors, assisting with mail handling, and maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other relevant software.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy and attention to detail for preparing documents and managing records.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in Construction Industry preferred.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
