What you’ll be doing
- Recruiting exceptional A-Players to join Revolut's rapidly growing team
- Utilising your understanding of HR and People professionals to find the best HR talent globally
- Building and utilising a network of HR and people professionals globally
- Being a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a solid understanding of the talent pool
- Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods

What you'll need
- 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter
- Experience recruiting for HR and people roles globally
- Knowledge of different roles across HR and People functions, from Payroll Specialists to Learning & Development Managers
- An understanding of how HR teams and departments are structured in multinational organisations
- Exceptional organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Flexibility, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have
- An existing network of HR professionals in Europe and, ideally, globally
- Experience in a recruitment agency or hyper-growth startup and/or fintech
- Fluency in other languages
- Direct experience hiring for Corporate Services, Risk & Compliance, and/or People roles
