**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fabric and Material Quality Control**:

- Oversee and assess the quality of fabrics and materials used in the hotel interiors. Ensure that fabrics meet the required standards for appearance, durability, texture, and color consistency. The role requires a keen understanding of different fabric types and their suitability for high-end hospitality projects.
- **Mock-Up Room Supervision**:
Supervise the creation of mock-up rooms, ensuring the correct use of fabrics and materials. Ensure that all aspects of the mock-up, from furniture to fabric placement, align with the design specifications and client expectations.
- **On-Site Quality Assurance**:
Conduct regular site visits to monitor the quality of the work, especially concerning fabric installation, finishes, and overall execution. Ensure that all work is carried out according to the design, with the highest level of craftsmanship.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all quality-related matters. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet or exceed expectations.Work closely with interior designers, project managers, and contractors to ensure that materials and fabrics are used correctly and that the final result aligns with the project’s quality standards.Maintain detailed records of inspections, audits, and any corrective actions taken. Prepare regular reports to track quality issues and provide updates to management and clients.Identify potential quality issues before they become a problem, particularly in relation to fabric materials. Work proactively with suppliers and contractors to resolve any issues promptly and ensure the project remains on track.Ensure that all materials and work meet local and international quality and safety standards. Maintain compliance with the client's specifications and regulatory requirements.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or supervision, preferably in the interior design or hospitality industry, with a focus on fabrics and materials used in luxury hotel interiors.
- **Fabric Knowledge**:
In-depth understanding of different types of fabrics (e.g., upholstery, drapery, and wall coverings) and how to assess their quality, durability, and suitability for use in high-end hotels.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
