In details, the position encompasses duties and responsibilities as follows:

- Management Information:

- Produce daily / weekly market risk control reports
- Provide analytics & insight to the consumers of such reports
- Liaise with upstream process owners to troubleshoot production issues
- Business Process Management:

- Own the business processes related to the above
- Solve process weaknesses, drive documentation standard & ensure knowledge transfer
- Business change:

- Lead infrastructure change related to market risk software and technology
- Lead market risk’s acceptance testing of product roll-out and new business’ on-boarding
- Liaise with London office to drive best practices on management information system
- Drive ‘Synergy’ initiative to align processes between market risk function in London & HO
- SOX, Audit, UKCR:

- Implement adherence to process & documentation standards as required by various audit findings
- Educated to degree/ Masters level, required
- Knowledge of system analysis, business process management and change management, preferred
- Experience in market risk, preferred
- Knowledge of scripting language such as **Python(must)**, **C##,Sql Preffered.**:

- Must be able to work effectively in a team, flexibly handling a wide range of potential issues
- Comfortable with complex technical processes and analysis of large data sets
- Good communication skills
- Proactive and self-driven
- **Team management experience**, preferred.

Working Days - 5 Days.
