Backed by reputable investors, it has achieved consistent growth and earned the "Great Place to Work" certification for 2024, highlighting its commitment to an inclusive, employee-friendly culture.The company is also proud to be listed among "India's Leading BFSI & Fintech Companies 2024" in Dun & Bradstreet's annual publication.Job DescriptionPreparing product level Risk Deck covering the product performance on Key risk metrics against benchmarks, analysis of early bucket bounces, early bucket flow rates and providing actionable to the credit and business team to arrest early flowsPortfolio reviews covering areas of delinquency reports, perusing Early Warning System (EWS) reports. Focus should be on portfolio intervention and resolutions strategies with the business unit to improve asset quality on continuous basisProvide feedback or take necessary action to amend the credit policy as actionable from the risk analysisPrepare Credit Through The Door analysis and provide direction to the business team on variance correctionCapturing key data elements and analyzing them, interpreting the cross-period movements, and understanding the macro mechanics of the systemHind-sighting reviews as part of risk review and credit policy implementation reviewReal Time Monitoring of high value casesECL Model – Work along with Finance and credit team to build, review and align the ECL models Please Note : Candidates having experience in Risk - 2 wheeler / 4 wheeler / vehicle loans will be preferred.
