Ø Deriving ATL& BTL activities and connecting directly with social groups within Ahmedabad and other cities (if needed) for marketing and overall Brand Development.

Ø Overall execution of the activities and promotions

Ø Ensuring all the tasks related to various agencies associated with the company with regards to marketing and advertising are completed as per TAT

Ø Negotiating & buying the media from vendors across defined levels i.e. Print, Outdoor, Electronic, Activations, etc.

Ø Responsible for Coordination with the vendors for Property Shows, other events, etc.

Ø Ensuring of approving the bills of vendors and agencies associated with the group and follow up with the accounts department till the payments are being cleared

Ø Responsible for carrying out all marketing activities on Saturday and Sunday to generate maximum reach.

Ø Prepare Site-wise MIS report of each Sales & Marketing executive also Getting daily reports containing details about
- Calls,
- Site visits,
- Bookings,
- Payment collection,
- Legal agreements,
- Sale deed executed etc.

Ø Shall be responsible for Complaint Handling and resolution within the defined TAT of 48 hours and work upon 100% client satisfaction

Ø Analyze client feedback report and take necessary action to improve sales operations.

Pay: ₹10,013.19 - ₹25,219.97 per month
