**Job Description**:
**Technology Function Overview**

The Technology function is led by our Chief Information Officer. We are investing heavily in product, data and technology capabilities, enabling us to deliver innovative products and solutions, and deep insight market intelligence to our clients.

Through harnessing the latest business technology services, we allow the business to work faster, more intelligently and we are uncovering more and more business opportunities as a result.

**What will you do?**

As our new Information Security Associate, you’ll be responsible for the administration and management of data privacy and other risks associated with data. This is a vital role to ensure Third Bridge is compliant with GDPR and other information security and data privacy policies around the globe. Working closely with third parties, you’ll conduct information security and data privacy assessments of vendors including cloud services. You’ll support and configure data discovery, classification and de-identification using BigID, onetrust and other data discovery tools.

By assisting with the technical analysis and execution of data discovery, you’ll gain valuable insights for further improvements to remediation measures we have in line with business goals and strategies. You’ll record information flows with data diagrams and update these with any changes or process improvements you help to implement.

You’ll have the flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week, and be alongside a growing tech and product team in Mumbai. This is a new position within our structure, giving you the opportunity to shape the role, and as the team grows you will help us define information security, data privacy, and your career at Third Bridge.

**What will you bring?**

As an administrator in either a technical or legal sector, you are looking to bring both together in your new role: executing information, data privacy, and cyber security processes. Although early in your career, you are an ambitious self starter, with attention to detail, who can help us shape this role and the future of information security at Third Bridge.

You are able to work closely with stakeholders, keeping them informed of information or process updates, helped by your excellent English communication skills. Working across legal and technical teams you are a good translator of jargon to non-technical terms, and can talk about information
