Job Title: Endpoint Engineer / Device Management L2 Support Engineer Location: Mumbai & Chennai Experience: 4–6 Years (Minimum 5 years in Security Device Management & Operations) Education: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA Budget: 15-18 LPA About the Role We are looking for skilled Endpoint Engineers (L2 Support) with strong experience in managing and operating enterprise security devices and tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across multiple endpoint and security technologies, with the ability to troubleshoot, support, and optimize security operations in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Provide L2 support for endpoint and security infrastructure across multiple locations. Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot endpoint security tools such as SentinelOne and Carbon Black . Administer and support Aruba NAC , DAM – Imperva , and DSF – Imperva solutions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of security devices. Perform incident analysis, root-cause identification, and remediation. Ensure adherence to security policies, compliance standards, and operational best practices. Maintain documentation, configurations, and standard operating procedures for managed devices. Required Skills & Experience 4 to 6 years of overall experience, with minimum 5 years in security device management and operations. Proven hands-on expertise with: SentinelOne, Carbon Black (EDR) Aruba NAC Imperva DAM & DSF Experience with additional security technologies preferred, including: WAF, Network APT, Secure Web Gateway IAM (PIM, RSA) DLP, FIM, IRM SIEM/SOAR Active Directory and Web Application Security Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
