**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Admin to manage day-to-day office operations, assist in HR tasks, maintain records, and support the smooth functioning of our workplace.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and visitors.
- Schedule demo, meeting & interviews.
- Maintain and update physical and digital records and files.
- Support basic HR tasks like attendance tracking, leave management, and document preparation.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Ensure the office environment is organized, clean, and welcoming.
- Support basic accounting tasks such as petty cash management and invoice follow-ups.
- Prepare reports and maintain records for management review.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,629.97 - ₹17,342.81 per month
