**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Set up the home kitchen with essential cooking utensils and equipment, including knives, pans, and grinders.
- Plan and prepare authentic **South Indian** meals based on household preferences and dietary requirements.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and maintain high-quality cooking standards.
- Cook and serve meals in a timely manner, ensuring taste and presentation meet expectations.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
- Suggest and introduce new South Indian dishes to add variety to daily meals.
- Manage grocery planning and ensure necessary ingredients are stocked.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a **Home Chef or Cook**, specializing in South Indian cuisine.
- Hands-on expertise with kitchen tools and equipment, such as dosa pans, steamers, and spice grinders.
- Deep understanding of **traditional South Indian recipes** and cooking techniques.
- Experience cooking in a **home or private kitchen setting** is preferred.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
- Ability to customize meals based on dietary preferences and family needs.

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Chef: 1 year (preferred)
