**About the Role**

Kintent is seeking a Senior level Recruiter to join our growing team in the Pune, India area. **This is a 4-6 month opportunity, and may lead to a full time role.** The mission of the People and Talent team at Kintent is to deliver a joyfully crafted experience to attract, support, and nurture an engaged and high-performing team that aligns with our core values.

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with our global team to help us continue to hire rockstar teammates. This is a full cycle recruiting role (sourcing, coordinating, hiring). You'll serve as an evangelist of our culture, working directly with our talented pipeline of future "Kintenter's"

This role reports to our VP of People Operations and is a remote position that can be done from anywhere in India.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, closing) for multiple roles and teams
- Partnering with your hiring managers to scope priorities, team goals, company culture, position profile, and other key success factors
- Use a data-driven approach to optimize the hiring funnel and tell the story of pipeline health
- Create recruiting strategies with room to be creative and test new things
- Evaluate, test, and use a variety of tools for talent attraction
- Help us build a diverse and inclusive culture of Kintenter's.

**About You**
- 5+ years of relevant experience working as a full cycle recruiter for a high-growth, dynamic organization, preferably in technology
- Positive, joyful personality - you are passionate about helping others and creating community
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, we use Greenhouse
- Good working knowledge of employment laws and regulations India
- Knowledge of talent management best practices
- Must be highly motivated individual with high level of initiative and a willingness to support additional projects as needed
