**Job Title: Storage Administrator**

**Location**: Gurgaon, India

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and administer storage systems to ensure optimal performance, availability, and reliability.
- Implement and maintain storage solutions, including SAN, NAS, and cloud-based storage platforms.
- Monitor storage infrastructure, diagnose and resolve performance issues, and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.
- Plan and execute storage capacity expansion and upgrade projects as per business requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and best practices related to storage administration.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in storage management to improve our infrastructure continuously.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in storage administration, with expertise in managing SAN, NAS, and cloud storage environments.
- Hands-on experience with storage technologies such as EMC, NetApp, Dell EMC, IBM, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in storage management tools and utilities for monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex storage issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as EMCISA, NetApp Certified Data Administrator (NCDA), or equivalent are a plus.
