Justification: The data infrastructure team is short-staffed specially VOYIX & ATLEOS split. To provide 24/7X365 support to customers & keep the environment up and running. Also The team has taken additional responsibility for Manage Infra and platforms for Go to Market area. Hence we need an additional resource to manage this work.

Key areas of Responsibility:
The team is required to meet documented Service Level Agreements as well as defined Server Availability metrics. This is a 7x24x365 support organization. Major responsibilities will be to:

- Diagnose technical and operational software problems on installed systems.
- Implement and manage Azure services such as Virtual Machines, Entra ID, Azure Networking, Azure Storage, Azure Security, Azure Identity, Azure MFA/SSO/SAML/RBAC/CAP
- Diagnose and solve environmental problems, working with our vendors as applicable.
- Plan and/or schedule installations of new server hardware and associated supporting peripherals.
- Monitor, track, and compare system performance using software-based testing, monitoring, and analysis tools.
- Present verbal and written technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide input and technical content and regularly review procedural documentation.
- Ability to work to defined objectives and meet planned dates.
- Ability to work constructively and cooperatively within the team and across the organization.
- Ability to convey oral/written information appropriately and persuasively.
- Ability to review data and identify problem trends, then translate the solutions into current practices.
- Respond to system alerts and can reprioritize frequently depending on circumstances.

Ideal Technical & Professional Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent education.
- Experience in Azure
- Azure Admin certified preferred but not essential.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in the following
- Databricks - Must
- Azure - Must
- PowerBI Admin
- optional
- Azure DevOps - Must
- Python - Preferred.
- SQL - Preferred
- DB Admin
- Automation & CI/CD using Azure DevOps & Github Action (must).
- Build scalable platform solution using IaC(Terraform or ARM templates)
- Azure Security & Governance (RBAC, VNETs, Encryption).
- Experience with real-time data processing like Azure and Stream Analytics or Apache Kafka
- Experience with GCP (optional)
- Knowledge and experience in scripting and automation tools, such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Azure DevOps
- Experience in Azure Resource Manager templates or Terraform
- Knowledge and experience in system monitoring and management tools, such as Azure Monitor.
