**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Sourcing and Procurement**
- Understand and evaluate packaging material requirements.
- Plan and execute effective procurement strategies for packaging materials.
- Handle purchase orders, invoices, debit/credit notes, and procurement documentation.
- Ensure timely sourcing of packaging material with cost-effectiveness and quality compliance.
- **Vendor Management**
- Build and maintain long-term vendor relationships.
- Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and favourable terms.
- **Inventory Management**
- Monitor stock levels of packaging materials.
- Coordinate timely reordering and procurement.
- Support logistics coordination and ensure smooth supply chain flow.
- Optimize inventory to reduce holding costs without affecting production timelines.
- **Cost Control & Financial Management**
- Track procurement costs and contribute to cost optimization.
- Support budget planning for packaging material purchases.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**
- Collect and analyze purchase-related data.
- Maintain procurement reports and perform documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Supply Chain / Business Administration / Commerce.
- Minimum 1.5 years of relevant experience in packaging material procurement in FMCG/cosmetics/pharmaceuticals.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Hands-on experience with ERP tools.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Pay: From ₹280,000.00 per year
