**1. Factory Operations Management**
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the manufacturing unit including cutting, edge-banding, assembly, polishing, and packaging.
- Ensure production schedules are met as per project timelines and quality standards.
- Manage workforce allocation and shift planning.

**2. Production & Quality Control**
- Monitor production activities to ensure high levels of efficiency and mínimal wastage.
- Implement quality checks at each stage of production.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to understand technical drawings and material specs.

**3. Team & Labor Supervision**
- Lead a team of carpenters, machinists, painters, storekeepers, and helpers.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and hygiene standards across the factory premises.
- Identify training needs and upskill factory workers as required.

**4. Inventory & Material Management**
- Oversee raw material availability and coordinate with the procurement team for timely supplies.
- Maintain inventory of hardware, laminates, boards, adhesives, etc.
- Monitor consumption and report discrepancies or low stock alerts.

**5. Machine & Maintenance Oversight**
- Ensure regular maintenance of machines like panel saw, CNC, edge bander, and other equipment.
- Maintain logs for servicing, repairs, and upgrades to avoid downtime.

**6. Coordination & Reporting**
- Liaise with the project, site, and design teams for production schedules and dispatch priorities.
- Report weekly/monthly output and performance metrics to senior management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
