Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and create engaging and effective content for peer learning Sessions for teachers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Utilize creative and innovative approaches to make the content appealing and relevant to the target audience.
- Lead peer learning sessions with enthusiasm and effectiveness, ensuring participants are actively engaged and learning.
- Adapt facilitation techniques to meet the diverse needs of teachers and students.
- Conduct thorough research to stay updated on education trends and best practices.
- Ideate and brainstorm content ideas that cater to the specific requirements of peer learning Sessions.
- Pen down comprehensive content for workshops for teachers in schools
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to gather insights, validate content, and ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate on content ideation and execution strategies for the workshops.
- Maintain strong relationships with teachers, understanding their needs and preferences for effective session customization.
- Act as a liaison between teachers and the organization to address concerns and gather feedback.
- Regularly observe and evaluate schooling sessions conducted by facilitators, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree, any certification in training or a related field.

Preferred Skills
3 to 4 years of experience in training & facilitation

Proven experience in content creation, preferably in an educational sector.

Strong research and ideation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs, teachers, and other stakeholders.

Focus on monitoring & evaluation for optimum quality and impact.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
