
Billing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales**:
- Greet customers, understand their requirements, and provide personalized solutions.
- Drive sales of two-wheelers by showcasing the benefits and features of various models.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage customer inquiries and follow up on leads.
- Process vehicle sales, including paperwork and documentation.
- **Marketing**:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote showroom products.
- Increase brand awareness through online and offline marketing strategies.
- Organize events, test rides, and promotions to engage potential customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and distribute promotional materials.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide after-sales support, including follow-ups on vehicle servicing and accessories.
- **Market Research**:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and new opportunities.
- **Reporting**:
- Track and report on sales performance, inventory, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or two-wheeler industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
