**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and process customer invoices accurately for two-wheeler sales, accessories, and services.
- Ensure all details, including taxes, discounts, and offers, are correctly applied to the bill.
- Verify the correctness of payment amounts and assist customers with billing queries.
- Maintain an organized record of all invoices, receipts, and payments for audit purposes.
- Assist customers with payment options and offer information on financing plans or insurance, if applicable.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policies, and update billing records accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure accurate documentation for all transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of daily cash, credit, and other payment transactions.
- Reconcile cash and card transactions at the end of each day to ensure correctness.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for management related to sales and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with showroom policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues or discrepancies in a professional manner.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy in billing and data entry.
- Good understanding of billing systems, accounting practices, and tax regulations.
- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Basic knowledge of two-wheelers, accessories, and related services.
- Proficiency in using billing software, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
