Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy Development:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and optimize them for better results.

2. Content Creation:

- Work with designers and other team members to ensure content is visually appealing and on-brand.

3. Social Media Management:

- Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Schedule and publish content, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries.

4. SEO and SEM:

- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

- Use tools like Google Analytics to track and report on website and campaign performance.
- Provide regular reports and insights to inform strategy adjustments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
