**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Tendering & Documentation**:

- Identify, track, and participate in relevant **tenders floated by Indian Railways, PSUs, and government departments**.
- Prepare, compile, and submit **EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, and BOQs** accurately and within deadlines.
- Manage end-to-end tendering on the **IREPS and GeM portal**, including bid uploads, digital signatures, and document submissions.
- Ensure all **compliance, certifications, and eligibility criteria** are met for each tender.

**Order Generation & Client Networking**:

- Build and maintain relationships with **Railway department officials** and other relevant government authorities.
- Actively follow up on submitted bids to **ensure order closures**.
- Keep a pulse on upcoming tenders, policy changes, and procurement trends in the **railway and government sector**.
- Liaise with clients and departments to understand technical specs and pricing requirements.

**Coordination & Reporting**:

- Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, production, logistics) for input on pricing, delivery, and project capability.
- Track and report tender status, win/loss ratio, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain all records of bids, outcomes, and post-tender communication.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering, Business Administration, or any related field**.
- **Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience** in railway tendering.
- **In-depth knowledge** of **GeM portal**, **IREPS**, and other government procurement platforms.
- Strong **network within Indian Railways and related PSUs** is highly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret **technical tender documents, drawings, and specifications**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)** and online documentation.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and coordination skills**.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
