**Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)**
- The incumbent must have experience in creation of new products to cater for existing market trends in footwear.**Key Roles and Responsibilities**

- To assist in conducting feasibility study for new product.
- To assist in preparation of process flow chart including process FMEA preparation.

**Customer Oriented**
- To focus on customer fulfilment and service.
- To critical analysis of customer feedback.

- To coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

**Internal Business Process**
- To assist in implementation of Product Mix on an on-going basis.
- To constantly benchmarking and improving the quality of the new products.
