Job Description Position: Business Consultant Organization: BizVidya Type: Equity-Based | Remote | Part-Time (2025 hours/week) Compensation: Equity only (no fixed pay until funding) About BizVidya BizVidya is an EdTech & MSME-focused startup working to bridge the gap between education and industry through data, research, and collaboration. Our goal is to become an end-to-end solutions provider for educational institutions by collecting behavioral and operational data from colleges/universities using IoT, mobile, and smart devices and aligning it with MSME requirements, internships, and real-world business applications. We aim to build a strong industryacademia collaboration ecosystem, helping MSMEs get skilled talent while providing students real exposure and project opportunities. Role Overview We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Business Consultant who can help shape BizVidya's growth strategy, partnership models, and business roadmap. You'll work closely with the Founder and the core team to define monetization opportunities, market positioning, and scalable business models for educational and MSME collaboration. This is an equity-only role ideal for professionals who are entrepreneurial, deeply passionate about education and business transformation, and want to build a scalable model from the ground up. Key Responsibilities - Business Strategy Development: - Design and refine BizVidya's business model for both B2B (colleges, universities) and B2B2C (MSMEs + students) segments. - Identify new partnership and monetization opportunities across the education ecosystem. - Market and Partnership Development: - Build strategic relationships with educational institutions, MSMEs, and corporate partners. - Identify potential implementation partners and consultants to expand reach. - Monetization & Financial Structuring: - Work with the finance and data teams to develop revenue streams, pricing strategies, and scalability models. - Help design value-based service models for institutions and MSMEs. - Product-Market Alignment: - Collaborate with product and data teams to ensure the platform and offerings solve real-world challenges. - Evaluate product-market fit based on pilot projects and user feedback. - Stakeholder Engagement: - Work with the Founder to present to investors, advisors, and potential clients. - Represent BizVidya in meetings, webinars, and outreach programs to expand visibility. Ideal Candidate - Background in business consulting, strategy, EdTech, or MSME development. - Strong understanding of education systems, institutional partnerships, and entrepreneurship ecosystems. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Can work independently, handle ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. - Passionate about impact-driven education models and business innovation.
