About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive ERP Business Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, optimization, and support of ERP systems or similar platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and ERP functionalities, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
  • Lead or support ERP implementation projects, including configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Customize ERP modules to align with business needs and workflows.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct user training and create documentation for ERP processes.
  • Stay updated on ERP trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in ERP consulting or implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Zoho, Odoo, SAP, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across finance, HR, inventory, sales, and procurement.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in ERP customization and integration.
  • Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or scripting for ERP platforms.
  • Certification in ERP systems or business analysis (e.g., SAP Certified, Zoho Consultant).
