NPPD CARE is building end-to-end healthcare and wellness solutions with a strong focus on hospitals, gyms, and corporate wellness ecosystems. We aim to transform tier-2 and tier-3 healthcare systems by deploying AI-driven, cost-efficient, and process-focused solutions that improve hospital operations, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance patient experiences. Alongside hospitals, NPPD CARE is developing a B2C wellness intelligence layer that integrates nutrition, fitness, and preventive care into one ecosystem.
Role Overview
The Marketing Officer will lead brand building, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and B2B sales enablement for NPPD CARE. This role is not about conventional digital marketing alone but about creating positioning strategies, building hospital partnerships, and driving awareness in healthcare and wellness ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute GTM strategies for hospital solutions, corporate wellness programs, and B2C wellness offerings.
- Develop and manage brand positioning for NPPD CARE in the healthcare ecosystem.
- Drive B2B outreach campaigns targeting hospitals, gyms, corporates, and healthcare partners.
- Create and manage marketing collaterals (pitch decks, case studies, whitepapers, product demos).
- Lead digital presence and engagement via LinkedIn, healthcare forums, webinars, and thought leadership content.
- Collaborate with the business operations and product teams to align marketing with solution deployments.
- Explore and manage strategic partnerships with healthcare associations, medical colleges, and accelerators.
- Support fundraising efforts by preparing investor-facing brand stories and traction reports.
Who Should Apply
- Professionals with experience in healthcare marketing, B2B sales, or GTM strategy.
- Strong ability to craft compelling narratives for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Understanding of healthcare operations, hospital ecosystems, or wellness products is a big plus.
- Must have stakeholder management skills and be comfortable engaging with CXOs, hospital directors, and corporate HR heads.
- Passionate about building healthcare brands that create real impact in underserved markets.
