**Job Title**: Overseas IT Sales Executive/Manager
**Location**: Patia, Bhubaneswar
**Experience**: 3-5 Years
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to identify, target, and close sales with international clients in the IT sector.
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify potential clients, build and maintain strong relationships, and expand our client base in overseas markets.
- **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to understand the needs and demands of international clients and identify new business opportunities.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed sales targets by managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- **Negotiation**: Engage in high-level negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the technical team to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future plans.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Experience**: 3-5 years of proven experience in IT sales, specifically in an international context.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of IT services, software, and technology products, along with emerging trends in the industry.
- **Sales Skills**: Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Communication**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Customer Focus**: Ability to understand client needs, build trust, and provide high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Self-Motivated**: A proactive and self-driven individual with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT/Comp Sc.
- Experience in selling IT services/products in markets like the US, Europe, or Asia-Pacific.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- An existing network of international clients in the IT industry.
