An **Academic Counselor** plays a key role in helping students or professionals navigate their educational and career options — especially in study abroad, licensing exams, or specialized training programs.

**Job Title**: Academic Counselor

**Industry**: EdTech / Healthcare Education / Overseas Consultancy
**Work Location**: [Offline at Centre / Remote / Hybrid]
**Experience Level**: 0-3 years (entry-level to early career)

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Student Guidance**: Counsel healthcare professionals or students about:

- Study abroad options (Australia, New Zealand, UK, Germany, etc.)
- Licensing exams (OET, ADC, APC, HCPC)
- Course selection, documentation, and timelines
- **Inbound & Outbound Communication**:

- Follow up regularly to maintain interest and build trust
- **Lead Tracking & CRM**:

- Maintain student data and interaction history in CRM tools (like Zoho or Excel)
- Conduct webinars, group info sessions, campus visits

**Key Skills Needed**
- Excellent verbal & written **English communication**:

- Strong **counselling and sales** mindset
- Organized, good with **follow-ups** and managing data
- Knowledge of healthcare career paths abroad is a **big advantage**:

- Basic computer proficiency: Google Sheets, CRM tools, Zoom

**Educational Background**
- **Bachelor’s Degree** in Science, Healthcare, Business, or any stream
- Bonus: MBA in Business Analytics, Marketing, or HR
- Experience or education in **healthcare** is an added plus

Pay: ₹30,810.75 - ₹37,703.23 per month
