**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Configuration and troubleshooting network problems.
- Supporting Desktop & Laptop troubleshooting network problems in LAN & Wi-Fi.
- Oversee inventory management of software and hardware components.
- Monitor network performance and ensure 100% network uptime.
- Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN/Wlan environment.
- Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g. Firewall, switches)
- Maintains I.T. records and tracking for area of responsibility. LAN/WAN network support for TCP/IP based devices.
- Install antivirus software and oversee software license renewals. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
- Maintain accurate documentations for system installations, configurations, upgrades and disaster recovery activities.
- Monitor the queue and maintain regular updates on the Tickets as per agreed timeline, providing the detailed closure summary on the tickets. Detailed Root cause summary to be documented for the Problem tickets.
- Working on the assigned tickets within the agreed Timeline/SLA as per the Ticket.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
