**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist customers at the service desk
- Create job cards and explain service details
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians
- Follow up with customers post-service for feedback
- Manage customer complaints and resolve queries
- Maintain service records and CRM database
- Promote AMC, insurance renewal, and service offers

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, DMS preferred)
- Customer-first attitude
- Ability to handle pressure with a smile
- Hindi & English speaking (regional language a plus)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
