01. Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend their lifespan. This may include troubleshooting, replacing faulty parts, calibrating instruments, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

02. Facility Maintenance: Perform maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), plumbing, lighting, and other infrastructure components. Identify and resolve issues such as leaks, broken fixtures, electrical malfunctions, and other maintenance-related problems.

03. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and address them promptly. Report any safety concerns and take necessary precautions to prevent accidents or injuries.

04. Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose equipment or system failures, identify the root cause of problems, and implement appropriate repairs or adjustments. Use diagnostic tools, technical manuals, and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.

05. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks. Complete work orders, update equipment logs, and document any relevant information related to maintenance activities. Prepare reports on equipment performance, maintenance schedules, and inventory needs.

06. Equipment Installation: Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment or machinery. Follow manufacturer instructions, perform necessary adjustments, and ensure proper integration into existing systems.

07. Spare Parts Management: Keep track of inventory levels for spare parts and maintenance supplies. Order necessary replacements in a timely manner to ensure the availability of required items.

08. Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with other departments or team members to prioritize maintenance tasks and resolve maintenance-related issues. Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow and efficient maintenance operations.

09. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency enhancement, or cost reduction in maintenance activities. Make recommendations for equipment upgrades, modifications, or procedural changes to optimize maintenance operations.

10. Compliance with Regulations: Stay updated with industry regulations, codes, and standards related to maintenance and ensure compliance with them. This may include environmental regulations, safety standards, or specific industry guidelines.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹24,541.21 per month
