**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning, setting up, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Focus on driving eCommerce **sales and conversions** through performance marketing strategies.
- Support in managing Shopify stores - product uploads, basic store optimization, and app integrations.
- Monitor ad performance, prepare reports, and provide insights for improvement.
- Coordinate with the creative team to deliver compelling ad creatives and copy.
- Track and manage conversions through Meta Pixel and Shopify analytics.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of **Meta Ads Manager** (Facebook & Instagram ads).
- Understanding of **Shopify** platform (store backend, products, apps).
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of performance marketing.
- Analytical mindset and ability to work with data and reports.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.

**Good to Have (Not Mandatory)**:

- Internship or academic project experience in digital marketing or Meta Ads.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or UTM tracking.
- Familiarity with D2C or eCommerce businesses.
