**About the role**:
The purpose of this role is to assist with ongoing event projects and learn event planning techniques from a beginner level. Your responsibilities will include providing outstanding customer service and organizing memorable events that meet quality expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Event planning, design and production within time limits
- Working with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate with vendors such as decor, catering, entertainment, etc.
- Attend site visits with clients
- Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems
- Conduct pre and post event evaluation and report on the outcomes
- Create and complete event designs
- Coordinate with internal staff to establish the requirements for an event
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of industry contacts
- Assist with the growth of the company
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficient with MS Office, Canva, Google Docs
- Ability to work flexible hours

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
