**Job Title **Associate - Risk Architecture**
**Location **Mumbai - India**
The Chief Risk Office (CRO) division is responsible for the development and implementation of the Risk division’s strategy and vision, working closely with our partners in the business, infrastructure and across the Risk Division.
The Risk Business Architecture team has been established to drive both strategic and tactical change in Risk’s Operating Model by defining and implementing, through embedding in the Risk functions, a consistent approach and standards to design and architecture. This is achieved through:
- Management and continuous improvement of the Business Architecture Framework covering all aspects of the Operating Model (Capability, Organisation, Location, Process, Technology and Data)
- Partnership across the Risk functions
- Partnership across Risk’s partners
- Partnership with bankwide SMEs in each aspect of the operating model
The Risk Business Architecture is looking for a Functional Analyst to support the ongoing implementation and management of our Business Architecture Framework covering Capability, Organisation, Location, Process, Technology and Data.
The Functional Analyst has responsibility for driving and maintain the governance and reporting over Risk’s Business Architecture metadata.In doing so, the role involves working with the Risk Business Architecture team, the Risk functions and also across Bank functions.Collaborative working is essential for the role along with a proactive approach to their work ethic

**Your key responsibilities =Process Modelling Support**:
Provide Process Modelling support to the Risk teams, including:
- Maintaining Process Mapping training & support documentation
- Providing Process Modelling training to end users, in-line with the Bank’s Process Modelling standards
- Answering Process Modelling queries from users
- Managing Process Modelling issues (1st line support for Sparx EA tool / Process Modelling issues)
- Co-ordinating, tracking and reporting progress of Process Modelling initiatives/projects
**Model Content Management & Admin**:
Manage and maintain the Model Content-I.e. Operate as “Librarian” for Risk’s Process Model & Business Model repositories ( _comprising of Process Taxonomy, Process Maps, Capability Model, Service Catalogue and Operating Model _), including:
- Collecting information/metadata to be stored within the Model
- Maintaining the Model Content & Process Maps, on an ongoing basis
- Performing Model data imports/exports
- Generating reports from the Model, on demand
- Maintaining Model user access permission
**Model Content Governance**:
Govern the Model Content & Process Maps, including:
- Assisting in maintaining and upholding Modelling Standards
- Performing Quality Assurance checks
- Identifying and resolving Model Content issues
- Managing / facilitating changes to Model Content & Process Maps (Change Management)
- Co-ordinating / facilitating periodic recertification of Model Content & Process Maps
**Forum Administration**:
Administration of the Risk Architecture Governance Forum including:
- Meeting invite and attendee management
- Content/submission collection
- Pack preparation and distribution
- Minutes capture / Actions closure
**SharePoint Admin**:
Administration of the Business Architecture SharePoint site including:
- Managing Access permissions
- Managing and maintaining content (restructuring, checking-out content, archiving of old content)
**Your skills and experience**
- Experience operating as a Functional Analyst or equivalent
- Exposure to / has a basic understanding of Enterprise Architecture (EA)
- Business Process Modelling / Process Mapping (preferably using BPMN 2.0)
- Modelling tools - ‘Object based’ Process Modelling, EA or UML Tools (preferably SparxEA, but other similar tools are acceptable - _E.g. ARIS, Rational Rose, Software AG, Mega, OpenText, Erwin, Orbus, Casewise _)
- Highly competent in the use of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint
- Data Quality Management / Quality Assurance / Change Management
- Scripting using SQL and/or HTML
