Jones Lang LaSalle, an international commercial real estate firm, is seeking a Enterprise Collaboration Services Administrator (Unified Communications - Audio/Video Conferencing Administrator). The Global Collaboration Unified Communications Administrator is responsible for the configuration, support and overall health of WebEx, Zoom and Microsoft Teams Conferencing features, implementations, and integrations. The Unified Communications Administrator develops effective relationships with key business units, leaders, and regional engineers and will provide input on enhancements and strategy. This is a hands-on technical role that requires an experienced engineer with technical knowledge of WebEx/Zoom/MS Teams relative to a global deployment of an enterprise service.
**Responsibilities**:
Promote and maintain the highest standard of customer service.
Ability to provide after hours support for escalations as necessary.
Support of executive level meetings working in concert with A/V engineer and other support teams across WebEx, Zoom and Microsoft Teams; especially large meeting moderation with attendee counts over 100 individuals
Work with team lead as a WebEx/Zoom/Microsoft Teams Audio conferencing SME both on software and the room user experience for the region
Work with team lead as point of contact for regional escalation coordination and oversight
Represent regional input to global discussions on support processes, support needs, and enhancements
Provide regional input into roadmap discussions
Work with A/V Engineer to understand and support published standards for video enhanced rooms
Advocate for consistent and seamless end user experience including best practice naming conventions, configurations, etc. Review and analyze reporting and analytics provided by vendor partners)
Participate and provide input into business reviews with vendor partners
Maintain regional support documentation including support flows, specifications, knowledge base articles, etc.
Work with product specialists to create and maintain end user documentation
Provide regional support for training and WebEx/Zoom/Microsoft Teams adoption
Work with regional communications team as needed for WebEx/Zoom/Microsoft Teams enhancements, updates, training and adoption
Provide support for regional testing of enhancements, upgrades, and bug fixes
Experience & Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information & Computer Science, Statistics or a quantitative discipline in science or 5+ years of experience in Unified Communications
Breadth of expertise in unified communications technologies and architectural best practices
Experience in leading simultaneous complex projects from inception to successful completion from a technical perspective.
Technical Skills & Competencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with problem solving skills, leadership and a willingness to collaborate and drive change
Ability to influence peers and senior leadership (IT and Business) and a strong ability to lead users through change
Experience supporting Cisco telepresence devices.
Experience supporting end users.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work through an issue from start to finish. Including working with TAC, carriers, etc.
Experience with large enterprise organizations with multiple remote locations across the globe.
Experience with 24 X 7 support leadership in conjunction with a managed service provider maintaining accountability and measurement of uptime
