**Job Title**: Warehouse and Dispatch Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Warehouse Management**:

- Oversee the receipt, storage, and inventory of raw materials and finished paint products.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse to ensure easy accessibility of goods.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and stock reconciliations to minimize discrepancies.
- Implement and adhere to safety protocols for the handling and storage of paint products.

**Dispatch Operations**:

- Coordinate the dispatch of products in line with delivery schedules and customer requirements.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
- Supervise loading activities to ensure accurate and damage-free deliveries.
- Track shipments and manage logistics to ensure on-time delivery to customers.

**Inventory and Stock Control**:

- Monitor stock levels and communicate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
- Maintain records of inbound and outbound goods using inventory management systems.
- Handle inventory discrepancies by investigating and implementing corrective actions.

**Team Coordination**:

- Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks for seamless operations.
- Coordinate with production and sales teams to align dispatch schedules with order priorities.
- Train team members in warehouse processes and safety practices.

**Reporting and Compliance**:

- Generate reports on inventory levels, dispatch metrics, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- **Minimum 0-1 years of experience** in warehouse and dispatch operations, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
- **Freshers are also preferred**:

- Proficiency in inventory management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in handling paint products or similar industrial goods is an advantage.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
