**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and existing customers.
- Introduce and promote our products/services, explaining features and benefits.
- Answer queries and address concerns from customers in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call quotas and sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to help shape marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.

Need 6 months to 2 year f experience in telecaller.
