We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Salesperson to join our team at Protolights Pvt Ltd. The Salesperson will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in the LED lighting industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, a strong customer focus, and a desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and promote our LED lighting solutions.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to key stakeholders.

2. Customer Engagement:

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns, promotions, and lead generation activities.

3. Product Expertise:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments related to LED lighting products.
- Conduct product training sessions for customers and internal teams as needed.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for growth and optimization.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Results-driven with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to learn and explain technical product details.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,839.99 per month
