**About the role**:
As a part of the Netplace Sales, you will help customers understand the value of physical security systems and IT such as Electronics, ELV Systems like CCTV Camera, Access Control, Fire alarms, Server, Audio-Video (AV) and develop new and lasting relationships in a variety of accounts. In this high-velocity role, you will work in specialized and highly capable teams to focus on enterprise businesses.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage customer lifecycle from generating leads to post-sales activities.
- Initiate and lead kick-off meetings.
- Carry out pre-sales activities and front-end negotiations with the end customer.
- Understand the requirements of the end customer to conceptualize solutions related to their technical queries and requirements with integration.
- Develop cost-effective solutions with design and estimate preparation.
- Simplify technical aspects of products for clients.
- Manage post-sales activities and account management.
- Handle customer queries and escalations.
- Build relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and customer retention.
- Be well versed with technical and practical aspects of working tools.
- Interact with principal OEMs for best solutions within clients budget and interest.
- Vendor negotiation till PO is received.
- Prepare offers in a speedy and accurate manner.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates.

- Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving customer success.
