**International Sales Associate with Documentation Knowledge at STAG Global**

**Position Title**: International Sales Associate (with Documentation Knowledge)
**Location**: [Meerut]

**Reports to**: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Director

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support & Client Interaction**:

- Assist the sales team in identifying and developing international business opportunities.
- Maintain and build relationships with existing and potential clients in international markets.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and customer needs across global regions.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotes for international clients.
- Handle inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups with customers to secure new sales.
- **Sales Documentation Management**:

- Prepare and manage international sales-related documentation, including quotations, contracts, sales orders, and invoices.
- Ensure that all sales documents are accurate, compliant with international trade regulations, and aligned with company standards.
- Coordinate the preparation of required export documents such as customs declarations, shipping instructions, and certificates of origin.
- Support the sales team in compiling reports, contracts, and other administrative documents for international transactions.
- **Logistics & Coordination**:

- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, timely delivery, and adherence to international shipping standards.
- Ensure that international shipments are tracked and coordinated, and address any issues related to customs clearance or delays.
- Assist in negotiating shipping terms, delivery schedules, and payment terms for international clients.
- **Market & Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes in the international markets served by the company.
- Support the product development and marketing teams by providing customer feedback and market insights.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure all international sales and documentation processes are compliant and efficient.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of any required reports or documentation for international trade compliance.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining the CRM system for all international sales activities.
- Prepare reports and track sales performance and key metrics on international sales activities.
- Perform general administrative duties related to the sales department.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in international sales or sales support, preferably with a focus on documentation and logistics.
- Experience with international trade documentation (invoices, contracts, shipping documents, customs declarations).
- Familiarity with international shipping procedures, customs regulations, and trade compliance.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of sales documentation and international trade regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required, additional languages a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
