**Key Responsibilities for the E-commerce executive**
**1. E-commerce Platform & Website Management**
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the e-commerce platform or website.
- Ensure the website is fully functional, user-friendly, and updated with the latest content.
- Monitor and improve platform or website performance.
**2. Product Management**
- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing on the platform.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Optimize product pages for search engine visibility (SEO).
**3. Sales & Marketing Campaigns**
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, such as sales promotions, discounts, and product launches.
- Track and analyse the performance of campaigns to identify areas of improvement.
**4. Customer Experience**
- Ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Manage customer queries, complaints, and returns promptly.
- Collect customer feedback to improve services and offerings.
**5. Analytics & Reporting**
- Monitor website traffic and user behaviour using tools like Google Analytics.
- Track KPIs such as sales, conversion rates, and cart abandonment.
- Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance and suggest improvements.
**6. Third-party Platforms Management**
- Manage the company’s presence on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Tata cliq, Jio, Myntra, etc.
- Ensure listings are accurate, competitive, and comply with platform guidelines.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹24,000.00 per month
