**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate financial records using Tally software.
- Perform regular financial audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with company goals.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the financial stability of the company.
- Stay updated with the latest financial regulations and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in the Edtech or technology sector.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP software.
- Strong knowledge of auditing practices and principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- MBA in Finance or certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) is a plus.
- Experience in financial management within a startup or fast-growing company.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and standards in India.
